David R. Cyphers – Stewardship in Real Estate

 

Since 1987 I have been marketing & selling all types of Real Estate, with an emphasis on Land & Rural Residential properties. During that time I have helped scores of clients achieve their goal of Buying/Selling property, by providing the highest level of professionalism. Recently, I focus most of my professional time on developing my niche in Conservation Property®, by putting together Like-Minded Buyers/Sellers that have an interest in land stewardship.

 

With a long and successful career in both Real Estate, as a Broker, and Land Management, as a Forester, I have developed a unique Skill-Set that Buyers/Sellers can draw upon to help them make important life decisions. This is something I take very seriously. 

 

When not working, I am a dedicated family man, and pursue my many hobbies. I particularly enjoy golfing, skiing, observing nature, Bee Keeping, music, furniture building, reading, & landscaping. Pursuing these activities helps me keep energized for my professional life.

  • Conservation Property® - (Conservation Property is a phrase for which I own a registered Trademark). The term accurately describes the niche for my favorite real estate activity. Most simply, a Conservation Property® is a property where there is a written plan to manage the Land, as well as the Home and Improvements on the land, are managed together on a sustainable basis. It’s important to note that this can happen on property of any size, large or small, in town or out).
